Red Bull Trans Siberian Extreme 2016
We are happy to support Eduard Fuchs as the main sponsor when he started the Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme!
Once again this year, RUSSIA Fachspedition is supporting Edi Fuchs, the Austrian driver in the heavily populated field of participants. Edi Fuchs takes up this challenge again as a solo driver and will therefore cover the entire 9,250 km from Moscow to Vladivostok on his own. An incredible challenge for body and mind! After the great 2nd place last year, there is only one goal for Edi Fuchs: victory!
In addition to our role as main sponsor, we also support the Eduard Fuchs team with our decades of experience in Russia and with all logistical challenges on his way to Vladivostok.
STAGE 13
When the sun was shining and the spirits were high, we started the penultimate stage from Svobodny to Chabarovsk. 755 km and 6,300 vertical meters had to be overcome!
CANCELLATION OF THE 12TH STAGE
SOLO drivers cancel stage 12 because of the most difficult conditions! After 600 km in constant rain, violent head wind (500 km in just 25 hours) and temperatures around 13 ℃, nothing worked anymore.
DEFECTIVE DEVIL STRIKES!
After 26h 09m 35s Edi needed for the 11th stage from Ulan Ude to Chita: 658 km and 7,000 vertical meters!
TAGE 10
The 10 stage went from Irkutsk to Ulan Ude. 447.13 km with 5,185 meters of altitude awaited the drivers.
Red Bull Trans Siberian Extreme 2016

The Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme traverses almost all of Russia: start in Moscow – finish in Vladivostok.
9,250 kilometers, 14 stages, 24 days. This is the key data of the longest cycle race in the world – the Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme. With a stage length of 300 to 1,400 kilometers, the race is to be an even greater challenge than the “Tour de France”.
Alone with its unique sports concept, it outshines the longest race to date – the Race Across America – and a new chapter in ultra-cycling is opened.
The Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme (RBTSE) will start on July 5, 2016 in Moscow.
